Our role as primary professional adviser sees us acting for hundreds of businesses. Business owners, on the other hand, can sometimes be isolated from best practice. This can lead to some stagnation in terms of strategy development, business improvement and growth.
What we do for you
We invite you to take some time away from the business and spend time with us developing your skills in the areas of strategy, growth and process & profit improvement. This will give you some time out to step back and review just how things are going, and how they can go even better.
To help you build a Better Business, we offer the following 3-part Workshop series:
- Better Business Strategy Workshop. Contents: Understand what Strategy is, gain insights to the building blocks to create your Strategy, how do you implement, how do you measure.
- Better Business Growth Workshop. Contents: Understand how your business is performing, what does ‘growth’ mean in your business, what are the levers to achieving ‘growth’, developing a growth ‘focus’, developing a ‘growth’ plan, how do you implement, how do you measure.
- Better Business Process & Profit Improvement Workshop. Contents: What are your profit drivers? What is the impact of changing those drivers, Change Management and process improvement, Setting targets, measuring, teamwork, better outcomes.
It may also be appropriate you attend these workshops with one or two of your key staff. As owner, you must attend (no, you can’t just send them along). Our experience tells us change will not occur until it comes from the top.
This series will run once a year between February and June. Where appropriate, we will bring in expert presenters in the various areas. Keep an eye out for our calendar update.
